Sworn Care mission is to offer a marketplace platform that is safe with access to a plethora of services to help the users of our site. Users can find jobs and offer jobs in the care industry. The site allows individuals to collabotate and coordinate in an effort to find exceptional aid. Our Privacy Policy will explain in detail how we use the information we collect from you the users of the site to offer and or provide services and a seamless and good experience. Any users of www.sworncare.com that access the site through various applications such as websites, web pages, mobile applications and mobile websites operated by Sworn Care LLC acknowledges that this privacy policy applies to the users directly or indirectly, indirectly meaning through any third party site, mobile application or links. 

Sworn Care Privacy Policy does not apply to third party entities that may use our Site or Services to advertise or offer additional services and care palns, such entities are subject to separate terms, conditions and policies when they are registered or otherwise contracted with Sworn Care. 

By using Sworn Care Site and/or the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected 

Because we offer serveral types of services the information we collect and store will be based on the service or services your applying for or hiring for. Depending on how you use the site some features and services may not require you to register for access. However, to utilize some of the services we offer, you must register with Sworn Care for access.  All users who register with Sworn Care are “Registered Users.” and all information collected will be used to provide us with information neccessary to complete the registering process,  job postings, creating profile, I.D Verification and background checks depending on the service. Communicating through the Site, discussing care options over the phone, utilizing our mobile applications or that you otherwise provide on the site or by phone, email, postal mail or otherwise, will be stored by us. You represent and warrant to us that you have the right and authority to provide us all information you provide about yourself or others in any forms oral or written through Sworn Care sites and applications.

 Information collected automatically 

Sworn Care sites are encrypted to provide a safe use of the site and the security of the information provided by the user of Sworn Care site  

certain information are automatically collected about the computer or devices used to access the site and services such as IP addresses, log files, cookies, online analytics, advertising and technologies. Accessing your social media through our sites such as Instagram or Facebook may collect the URL of your page and IP address. Please note that social media apps, links and widgets are hosted by a third party therefore the features and how you interact with those social media platforms are governed by the privacy policy of those platforms. ​

Users have the option to opt-out of  Google Analytics network by accessing the Ads Settings form at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. 

Sworn Care uses tracking in order to optimize and/or customize our services, detect and respond to allegations of fraud, and to otherwise ensure the safety of our Registered Users and Site Visitors but will guarantee that we will not use your information in a way that violates this Privacy Policy. 

Please note* that information such as job posting, profiles information may be found on other third party site or application this is not a result of Sworn Care sharing your information but because the internet periodically crawl the internet and select to repost information it deems useful to the internet. DO NOT create a post or profile if you do not want such information or posting to be else where on the world wide web. 

We may also share your information with a third party with your consent.

 Background Checks and I.D. Verification.

 Sworn Care offers background checks and I.D.Verifiction to ensure the saftey of the site and our users. We require care providers to verify their identity and to submit information for a background check. Employers may request a copy with the consent of the person they are interested in hiring.

Background checks services can be done through various consumer reporting and government agengies. If you authorize a background check to be run on you in response to a request by an employer who has interest in hiring you, the results of the check will be shared directly with the employer. As a Registered User you are required to complete a background check depending on the service area you would like to get hired after the completion of the background check your profile with state that you passed and completed a background check indicated with a badge. A copy of the results will be sent to you by email.

You agree that sensitive material may be included in your background check, and that you are responsible for providing us and our service provider (if applicable) with correct information. Users may purchase their background checks through Sworn Care.

Business Merger or Sale

If in the future Sworn Care is sold are there is a merger, acquisition by another company, your information may be among the assets transferred and shared. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of ours or that acquirer’s affiliates may continue to process your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Sworn Care reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. A notification of all changes and update will be emailed to you. Any changes made will be effective thirty days after all changes.

 

Closing Your Account or Making Changes to your Information

You may not be able to change some information but the information that can be updated may be done by logging into your account and then profile settings. 

If you no longer wish to participate in our Services, you may close your account directly through your account settings.

Please note* That closing your account means that you can no longer access your profile or account all information will be removed from our database. 

 However, we may retain information related to you to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, de-identified information, account recovery, auditing our records, enforcing our rights and obligations under our agreements, or if required by law. Your information may remain visible to others after you have closed your account for a while. Sworn Care have no control over search engines and their cache, which may contain certain job posts, profiles or other information that have since been removed from Sworn Care site and applications.
